what is the glycemic level and glycemic load of this cereal?

The individual cereal box lists a 3/4 cup serving size has 40g total carbohydrate amount. I think it would be possible to get the glycemic level/load of the cereal from the manufacturer's customer website if you contact them as I have found Nature's Path Foods to be customer friendly.

Are the raisins hard or soft

It's a mixed bag; sometimes they're pretty hard (though I've never encountered them being anything like pebbles ;) ), other times they're relatively soft (but not as soft as raisins would be from a bag that you just opened yourself).

When you received these flakes, did they taste as fresh as those from a store? Not at all stale or rancid? (I've had this with some food from Amazon.)

I have not had trouble with foods that I hove ordered from Amazon. We live on Cape Cod, the atmosphere tends to carry more moisture than many other places un the U.S.
