Far superior to the other tapes on the market. It's stretchy, sticky and works great for what I need it for! I find that if I exercise the moment that I put the tape on, it's more likely to come off quickly so I like to put it on about an hour prior to exercise. Lasts a long time if I use it this way.

Great tape does a good job of stabilising joints. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my knees give out before the rest of my body does so I thought I try this type for my couch to 5K. A rookie error the first time round meant that the tape didn’t stick particularly well on my first attempt on my left leg however the tape on my right knee has been on for four days now and weathered many showers and still supporting my knee. For £12 you can’t really go wrong 20 strips is about the size of a roll of tape anyway and so I bought another box. I’m interested to see how long the tape lasts for. Yes you could spend less with knee braces or supports however the problem with them is that often you are always pulling them up halfway through your workout and decent ones can be very bulky.

This product is a reasonable kinetic tape to help with supporting injured or overextended joints. The tape for me was good for 24 hour but I found that it would start to loosen after that and become less effective. Overall a good sort term support for my shoulder and knee but doesn't last as long as other kenetix tapes I have tried.

I love KT tape it serves a very good purpose and i do love it, though when I used to buy it back when I was a runner it was almost impossible to remove and would tale several baths to get it off. The last roll I purchased (after not needing it for years) rubbed off on its own accord under my gym trousers, the stickabilty has gone.

You with live it or hate it . I like it and get on with it just don’t over tighten it or your skin feels like it’s coming off lol but it works ..

A very good product which can be used for a variety of different injuries. The tape itself is of a very high quality and the adhesive used is very strong - it will not fall off. This tape helped me continue to play sports while recovering from a shoulder injury. An additional positive is the company's website contains video instructions on how to apply the tape for different injuries. Delivery was fast and reliable. The only con is the tape is quite expensive

This feels like a good quality tape but I just don't think it's sticky enough which is a big let down. Very frustrating to be mid exercise and it just keeps coming off. I've taped up the area 3 times now and the result is always the same. I

I used this product for an arthritic knee. It really does help BUT it just doesn't stay on. By the end of the day it starts rolling up. I purchased this product at Boots & it was great & stayed on for at least 3 days. The Tape then seemed to change & didn't last & didn't seem as good so bought from Amazon & this was the same. maybe they have changed the manufacturer? Having to replace tape each day makes it very expensive & painful to get the strips off that are still stuck on.

This tape is the best that I have tried. Holds for 3-4 days and is waterproof in the shower. Highly recommend.

Love KT tape. Helps with carpal tunnel pain & discomfort. Tape stays on well throughout my busy day & doesn’t take skin w/ it when removing. I use the KT tape while working since my regular wraps are bulkier & get in the way of working on clients. Strongly recommend purchasing as the KT tape works well for wrapping other types of injuries.

I had a knee problem from a sports injury. This tape works perfectly in alleviating the nagging pain.
