Very easy to install and works perfectly for our set up. It does not add too much weight to mic stand. It is convenient and keeps the stage clean from clutter.

Great idea. Materials need an upgrade
Like a couple of other "On Stage" branded items I find this one to be good and handy, but over priced due to the materials they use. This thing is literally a plate that is cut out of some cheap soft metal with rubber grommets that do not stay in place with a threaded hole in the center that strips out on about the second time you screw it on to a mic stand. Sad workmanship on a very useful idea and product. Too bad really. I wanted to give this one top reviews...
