My mom & I have been taking immune Defense since C19 started. We have been exposed several times & I never stopped going out in the public and neither one of us has been sick. I contribute our health to this supplement and the grace of God. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no bad taste or after taste. I would, however, suggest that if you take any of the ingredients separately that you discontinue those, you don’t want to overdose! Besides, you save money having everything in these capsules. I highly recommend Immune Defense! 5 years strong!

So first of all, the immune booster in this are wonderful and one of the few that has a such a wide array of hard-to-get supplements. The price is really good, too, considering. My biggest cons, are the flavor/smell and the fact that they definitely don't settle well on your stomach. There is no way to describe the taste/smell, it's just horrible, but it DOESN'T linger, so as soon as you wash it down with a flavored drink or food, you can't taste it. My biggest tips are that you should NEVER take this on an empty stomach. One, you'll burp up the horrible flavor for hours. And two, it's immediately nauseating. The first time I did, I got vertigo ans thought every movement was going to make me throw up. You have to take it WITH food, not before, and not more than half an hour after. Thats really the only way to avoid a full blown, physical reaction. I might simply have a sensitive stomach, or maybe my G.E.R.D. caused an issue, but it's truly just easier to take with food.

I try to take them every night, however I forget at times. If I feel like I am getting sick I take these like on schedule and it knocks whatever out! I recommend 10x over!

This product feels like it works I have gotten less sick, but it smells and tastes SO bad so if you can stand that good but idk if i can :(
