Snowflake version looks kind of cheap, but it does the job well
I think that this is a nicely designed clip that works well. It does the job and keeps a tie in place. The snowflake model that I ordered does look a bit on the cheap side, though. The snowflake itself doesn't stand out much from the main clip, and it doesn't have a lot of shine to it. For $10 it's not a horrible deal, but it's worth about half of that to me. It's functions well, but I wear tie clips for some flair, and this just didn't do it for me.

Aesthetically pleasing and affordable tie bar
This tie bar is aesthetically pleasing and affordable. Perfect for skinny ties. However it was a bit short in length. I prefer a longer tie bar. so if you don't mind the size, it should suit your needs just fine.
