I love this - bought to help with back pain which it does really well, it's also great for relaxation. Heats up quickly and is very easy to use and to clean after. It's fairly heavy and bulky which is a little annoying and makes it a little difficult to fold back in to the carry bag and store (but this is probably unavoidable really). That's my only complaint. It's a great piece of kit and provides a deep, relaxing heat that really helps with pain and leaves me feeling rejuvenated.

This is amazing. It really works to relax me that I actually fall asleep. As for sweating 🥵 my word I come out dripping and so is the blanket. I’d highly recommend this just for the relaxation but I do get a lot of pain relief and sleep much better the days I use it. I have also lost weight but I can’t honestly say if it’s down to the blanket or not

Fantastic sauna blanket. Used for 30mins with foil wrap. Sweated a huge amount. Dried myself off with towel included and Was able to collect pool of sweat which nearly filled a whole glass. Very happy with my purchase.

I am currently using this right now. I have had it for a few years. I recently hurt my lower back and it really soothes the pain. It’s about the only thing that’s given me some relief. I also have used it on my health journey for other reasons. I have been trying to sweat out toxins and it definitely helps with that. I’ve been using it twice a day for 30 minutes each time on level 7. I feel like it’s also helped my weight loss efforts in the past. It’s nice that you can roll it up and put it away. I recommend wiping it down after each use, so it doesn’t get smelly. I use a bit of water and vinegar mixed 50/50 with a wash cloth and then let it dry out. I definitely recommend. Watch your favorite show or take a nap. Super convenient and made well.

I buy this product via Amazon.de. In the product description is no information about the power adapter 110V, which is not compatible with EU electricity power 220V. They only mention that I now must purchase a suitable power adapter somewhere.

Feels like a spa at home, very relaxing and good size. Does require you to wipe it down after use but as a health and wellness junkie I love it. It has also improved my sleep score.
