Is it normal that this arrived not sealed? Weird for a product like this?

Thank you for your question, the inner MYAID packaging was previously only ever closed but not sealed; whilst the outer brown shipment packaging was and still is shipped sealed. However, recently we have begun to seal the MYAID packaging after suggestions from our customers.

Any future product  sent to Amazon will be sealed before being sent into to Amazon stores and direct to customers.

How often does this need replacing? Amazon asks if i want to make it a regular order so assuming its disposable??

Thank you for your enquiry; the Femmeze is not a disposable device, it is a washable and reusable product / medical device. As such it should not need replacing unless it gets lost or damaged.

How does one use

Mrs Lee, the Femmeze is designed for women who manage their rectocele using their thumb/fingers. It is used when sitting on the toilet to have the bowels open. After applying lubricant to the paddle end it is inserted into the vagina and gently pushed backwards to re-position the rectocele to allow the stool to pass.
