Fantastic pancake pan! This is my second purchase of a ceramic pancake pan, what an upgrade! Well built, great weight and heat distribution. It requires a bit of pampering with care but the performance is well worth it.

This griddle came packaged like a piece of fine jewelry. Its built sturdy and has a very smooth ceramic surface. We are very satisfied with the durability and it is easy to clean.

I wanted a griddle that is non stick and not toxic. This purchase of the square griddle pan is my second Caraway pan. The first was a full size griddle which I have used for pancakes and grilled sandwiches. The second purchase of the smaller square griddle was because I wanted a griddle I could use in my fifth wheel trailer while camping, and also to have a second griddle going alongside my first when making pancakes for a crowd. My first griddle still looks like new and performs most excellently. When preheated correctly, pancakes don't stick, and the griddle heats evenly making the entire surface good for cooking. I am cooking on a glass top induction cook top. In my trailer I will be cooking on propane.

Non stick and easy to clean. Great value for the money. We make our pancakes and grilled cheese on it. Heats evenly and warm up fast.

Update: Wow! Incredible customer service! I contacted them yesterday about the condition of the griddle I received and they were fabulous to work with! I’ve adjusted my rating based on the resolution. Original review: I was thrilled to get this product! I opened it as soon as it was delivered. It was packaged very well, including a soft fuzzy kind of cardboard material around the ceramic bottom. Unfortunately it arrived with two small spots where the ceramic/enamel had been scratched off on the outside and a raised, discolored spot on the cooking surface. This is the reason for the lower rating. I’ve reached out to Caraway warranty/customer service and hope to hear from them soon to resolve this.
