Nice prop for Star Trek fans
This is a nice prop for Star Trek fans and is a lot of fun. The only drawback is that the pin clasps have issues locking when you try to attach the pin to cloth that is thicker. I tried it put it on my cotton vest (double-thickness cotton fabric, like a tactical vest) and the pin catches would not lock onto the posts because the lock notch is so close to the back of the pin. Otherwise, it works fine on thinner clothing.

Great quality
Fit was great came just in time for convention. Beautiful detail great detail, magnet was strong. Light weight.

Cheap quality, no bluetooth
The description says it has bluetooth, but it doesn’t. It’s just a cheap piece of plastic; a novelty. Might be good for cosplays but it is not what they describe it as exactly. Even the package came broken. Just terrible.

Slightly thick, but bery fun! A must have for STTNG lovers!
Item is slightly thicker than a communicator should be, but it is good enough and it is fun. Since it is an old item, it required me to stiffen the battery contacts carefully, but worked perfectly after that. Pins will perforate your suit, magnets would be better, but will be firmly in place. A bit difficult to remove, though. If you are a Star Trek Next Generation fan, it is a must have!

Great sound, but was surprised that it was so thick. Did not come with magnetic backing. Push pins only. I asked the company if they would mack a DS9/VOY version, but they said that was not possible due the the shape of that version. I ended up dissmanteling the product and added a magnet attached to a plastic piece that I 3D printed. I already had the DS9/VOY magnetic combadge from QMx, so I use that as the front nd the piece I made as the back. I think it would have been better to just make a magnetic back that had sound that was compatible with the QMx products to begin with.

Schöner Communicator mit realistischem Chirpsound, habe ihn zur Magnetbefestigung umgebaut damit die beiden Nadeln des Communicators nicht die Uniform zerstören, ich mag das Ding

I love this thing! I had the old 90’s Playmates toys communicator back in the day and this is like that but updated. Attaches with pins which is a bit bothersome it would have been better with magnets, but overall this is a nice cosplay piece. 👍🏻
