Good Flavor, but Could Be Fresher
I bought the Fresh Red Fresno Chile Peppers to try and make a customer sriracha, they had great flavor and added the perfect heat and sweetness to my dishes. They were a good size and had plenty of heat.However, they weren’t as fresh as I had hoped. A few peppers were softer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. I was still able to use most of them, but the overall freshness could be improved.That said, the quality of the peppers was good enough to enjoy their unique taste. I would consider ordering again, hoping for a fresher batch next time!

Love these peppers. Seller, not so much.
Gave up on the other half of my order. The peppers were pretty good. Ordered 2#, received 1#. No response from seller. Conclusion: the listing says price per pound is as $13.53 (+ 17.00 shipping.) So, since I received only 1#, the price appears to actually be $21.00 (+ exorbitant shipping). This isn’t the first time this has happened. There will not be third mistake

Would probably not buy again
This is the only place I could source these for hot sauce. Just under half were approximately ripe. The others were all in some stage between 50% ripe and 80% ripe. I shelf ripened them and was able to use almost all of them but I did have to make multiple batches to avoid spoilage. Decent flavor for sauce. If I can find another source I'll buy from them next time.

Great purchase
I never used these. They arrived looking as fresh as they would have been if I had purchased them myself. They are supposed to equal a mild jalapeño in heat, they were hotter. They were great as a substitute for jalpaño in a chili recipe, I used them cut in rings in a salad, and am fermenting some with carrots for a potent hot sause
