I like the price for sure. No issues with functionality. It passed the leak test. It does leak, but it’s supposed to a little bit -just like the original. Fits fit -clips into two different manufacturer frames without issues. I wish it swiveled up and down like the original resmed, but it swivels all the other ways. No issues 👍

I had ordered an elbow connector from another company, and it sound like a police whistle going off all night. This replacement was the perfect sound of utter silence. Very happy with is replacement and will order again when I need another one of this companies products

Does it fit as a direct replacement and is it usable? Yes, "kind of". READ THIS BEFORE BUYING: 1) It is not an exact replacement for your original elbow as these swivel right and left, but DO NOT articulate inward and outward like the originals do. What this means is, that if you tip your head down or up, this elbow will NOT give at all. It remains FIXED at the same angle and the weight of your hose pulls downward awkwardly causing the seal around your mask to lift from your face. 2) They're LOUD. Although they do inform you of this in the included instructions, they don't tell you this in the product description above. This is important, as this elbow uses a completely different sound-filtering device in the ring to muffle the exhaling and escaping air causing your CPAP use to be SIGNIFICANTLY louder. Trust me, your significant other will immediately inform you of this as they head for the couch to sleep as far from you as possible because your CPAP is now significantly louder. 3) Does it FIT properly as a direct replacement? Yes, kind of. It's usable, yes. 4) Does it physically pass air and keep you alive at night? Yes. If you live alone, and the extra noise won't be alarming anyone in the room with you, then you'll probably be OK. You've been warned.

I bought this swivel elbow as I needed something to replace one that failed and I couldn't get a new elbow from ResMed fast enough. It works well with my ResMed AirFit F30 - the fitment is just fine and it is very quiet, with no hissing noise or unwanted air leakage. However, it does NOT have the same type of swivel action as the one from ResMed. I would describe it as this item basically swiveling in two directions, which is unlike the ResMed version which can swivel three ways. For me, it makes this elbow more uncomfortable, but it is just fine to use temporarily until I receive the ResMed version.

Great product. Does what it claims to, greatly reduced the noise my old one had. Takes some breaking in, had a couple nights of a whistling sound, had to position it just right to stop. Since then, very little noise at all. 5 stars.

I accidently forgot to remove the elbow when I tossed the CPAP hose in the garbage so I needed a quick replacement. For a replacement, this product worked fine although the quality is less than ResMed's. This elbow does not rotate up and down like ResMed's and does allow some leakage when moved a certain way.
