I use it solely by bluetooth via my mobile and it's been great. However having only previously printed with a ribbon, I recently purchased some thermal paper to use the printer in thermal mode. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and courteous reply - and after sending the firmware details, I received an email telling me that the next time I opened the app, I would be asked to update it as they had updated the firmware. Intrigued, I opened the app and sure enough, there was the request. I updated the app, set up the printer and bingo - the issue was resolved and I was able to print over 100 pages yesterday without any issues.
