FOR ME, these bicep compressions have been a game changer! They come in a pair, 2 in the pack.. fitness is a lifestyle for me, I strained my right bicep a little over year ago doing pull ups. I didn’t use that bicep for a year, when I begin to use it again. I still felt a lot of tenderness and after effect pain in it, after workouts. I would often feel strain on that bicep during workouts, which would make me back up off of reps. Since I’ve gotten the bicep compression sleeves, they help ALOT! I’m back to doing the reps I was doing before. I wear them my entire work out, now when I do pull ups I don’t feel the uncomfortableness anymore. When I’m working out, they help tremendously and I don’t back up off of reps anymore, I even wear one on the other bicep just to prevent injury. And I don’t feel the after pain in my injured bicep anymore after my workouts. As far as the size, I’ve been working out for over a decade. I’m a 5’7 athletically built man, I workout 4 days a week. I got the XL size, I thought it might be too big. But it’s perfect, these are really helpful to me.

I have a torn upper bicep commonly called POPEYE because of the huge bulge it creates. This item is a perfect fit and I wear it a few times a day to help reduce the swelling and it works very well. Can play a round of pain free golf with it. a great value for a perfect product I highly recommend it.

I ordered according to my measurements, and it fit well. However, it could be slightly thinner.

I have a partially torn bicep and require a brace when doing any physical activity. I have purchased other brands but none have fit, or performed as well as this does. It provides the necessary support for the bicep without cutting off circulation in the arm. I have washed them several times and they have maintained their effectiveness.

This item is great, but is too tight. I got a medium and my hand/fingers go numb after a while. I first measured 11”, but my daughter measured my arm tonight and it’s a few inches larger. So I’m returning this and ordering the Large instead.

I was looking for relief after bicep surgery and it didn’t real help. I do love the quality of this brand thought, have purchased different braces from them before.

Bought these for my mom who has upper arm pain. I went with a medium but they were too tight soci reordered a large. They are still tight but not cutting off her circulation. They seem to be helping and hopefully will get better and better over time
