Bare Home Cotton Weighted Blanket (White, 60"x80" 17lbs)

This is perfect for cool nights. I can't use it during the summer because I get hot even with just a top sheet, but I'm already looking forward to when it gets cool enough for me to use this again. The weight was perfect for my 4'10" tiny human frame.

I am very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of this specific product. I love that the fabric is cotton, challenging to find that anymore. I am 107 pounds and this is the perfect weight for me.

I've had this blanket for almost a year now. So I've had plenty of time to see how it works for me. I ordered this for my mental health. I have bipolar disorder and experience depression. They recommend them because they are supposed to be comforting. I definitely have experienced this personally. It gives you a security and feels like your being given a hug. The weight of the blanket has a lot to do with this. If its not weighted properly you wont havr the right experience. The suggested weights for your body weight are actually pretty broad. I was 250 when i ordered this and ordered the 22lb. I have since lost 50lbs and can say that i do notice a difference. Its enough of a difference that i could probably use the 20lb. But its not to where i feel crushed. A key thing to look for is if youre having difficulty breathing. I have not experienced this. As far as your mental health and general use having that extra weight makes you feel like you're being spooned almost. If you sleep alone like I do, I'm sure you can see the benefit to this. The blanket stays nice and cool. You still have warmth from the weight but the glass beads have a cooling effect. I'm hot natured and can't sleep if I get overheated. With this blanket I actually have a duvet insert on top that I sleep with also. This blanket has held up really well. I havent ever used a duvet cover with this. I have dogs and kids but even with that, there hasn't been any fraying or separating of the material. The edging stiching has stayed in place with no leakage of the beads. I have washed it many times so there is some light piling. But that's to be expected considering how long I've had it. The fabric is actually softer than it was when I first got it. So this doesn't affect the feel. The color of the fabric has dulled over time though. I ordered it in white and it is now an off white. Now why i gave it 4 stars. I ordered a 60x80 queen size blanket. I measured it and I actually have a 75x56. It does not reach the edges of my mattress like they recommend. I should have sent this one back and ordered a king. So I would recommend that you size up with this brand. Other than that I really recommend this blanket from this brand for the quality and the price of it. These are usually not inexpensive products. So considering how well this has worked and held up I'd get this one.

I’m really enjoying this weighted blanket. I got the 60x80 size weighing 17lbs. I’ve only had it a few days and can tell I’m sleeping better using it. For years I’ve usually slept only about three hours before waking up and then alternating between wake and sleep for the rest of the night. Exhausting. This blanket has definitely helped with that problem because I’m sleeping longer now by about two hours. I can’t tell yet if it’s too light in weight for super deep extended sleep and may buy a heavier blanket to try. But I’m definitely keeping this 17 pounder because I have not had my usual 5 a.m. hot flash since using it. Maybe the metal beads are cooling? Whatever the reason, I’m sleeping better with it. Material: The blanket is not super thick or bulky and is easy to handle. I just sort-of shake it out in the morning (good arm workout) and put it back on the bed. The cotton exterior feels thick and appears to be sturdy. I like how the blanket looks. I got it in white and it actually is a true crisp white. Looks so nice I didn’t even put a cover on it. Five stars!

Bought the 20 lb blanket...it was SO HEAVY when first started using it...hard to wrangle in bed or roll over. THEN I found the key to it....dont let it hang over edge of the bed...keep it all up on top of the bed....then the weight isnt anchoring you by hanging over the edge

Sleeping Better & more deeply. Very happy with this purchase. It's my first time using a weighted blanket and I notice I stay asleep longer and wake up less in the middle of the night. Good quality with small squares for even distribution. Probably didn't need the full queen size and could've gone smaller. Haven't washed it yet so hoping it won't be an issue. So far so good.

I liked this at first, it provided some comfort with sleeping alone. After a couple days I started waking up with strange leg and foot pains. I stopped using it and the pains went away.

It’s nice and I appreciate that it’s cotton. The information is accurate in the size. It’s 40”x60”. It’s a quite small for my size at 5’8” 150lbs but that’s my fault for not measuring. It’s not suitable for my double bed. It’s more suitable as a “throw” or for a small child.

I've had this for a few nights now and have no complaints. I purchased the queen size 17 lbs blanket, I'm about 130 lbs. The weight is just right, it lays nicely on my bed, and the material is very soft. I've tried the more expensive brands with blankets upwards of $200 and this blanket competes with those for a much better price!

It’s cuddles you and but i noticed myself getting cold at night. Also go lighter cause 30 lb is just way too much and I am 220 lb
