I had almost instant pain relief. I bought this for my daughters, who have menstrual pain, but decided to try it on my back, hips, and heels, when having a painful flare-up, and was shocked by how quickly my pain dissipated and how well I was able to sleep. Nice creamy texture. Goes on well, not sticky afterwards. Kind of hard to get all of it out of the bottle when it’s less than half full.

Fantastic! I've had issues with severe cramping in both legs when I do long walks. I have used magnesium oil for the last 5 years. The oil works, but it leaves a residue that causes itching skin. I walked an 18 hole, hilly golf course a few days ago, and was cramping after the 12th hole. Normally, cramping sets in after I'm in bed, like a ninja attack. After I showered, I rubbed the lotion on all parts of both legs. No cramping that evening or overnight. I'm sold.

The lotion works well and I’ve been using it for awhile now to help with my restless legs and improve my sleep. The reason I give it 3 stars is the damn bottle. As soon as you squeeze some out, the bottle stays depressed/squished in the middle (doesn’t get air back in to “reinflate”, so to speak, even after you’re done squeezing). And once you get about half to 3/4 of the way through, it gets harder and harder to get any out. Forget about that last 1/4 of the bottle. It’s in there and it’s not coming out. I’ve unscrewed the cap on every one I’ve ordered (about 4-5 now) and done the smack-smack-smack into the palm of the hand trick and the try-to-swipe-as-much-as-possible-out-with-a-finger trick and it only gets you so far. The stuff is thick. I get to a point where I give up and wait for my next order to come in. Meanwhile, I think I’ve thrown out about a bottle’s worth, if you were to add up all the unobtainable extras clinging to the inside of the ones that go into the trash. Tired of paying for all of it and only getting some. I’m switching to a brand that comes in a jar. Much less waste—of product and my money.

Smells great but not strong smell. The muscle cramps have stopped. I believe in it so much that I recently recommended it to a friend. I told her if she didn’t get relief from leg cramps that I would buy it from her.

I highly recommend you make the product last and put on parts of the body that are most absorbant closest to the problem area as well as the problem area (ie [listed in fastest to slowest absorption rates of most absorbant parts of the body]: Scrotal > Forehead > Armpit ≥ Scalp > Back = Abdomen > Palm = under surface of the foot). This lotion is THICK and very spreadable so you only need to use a pea sized amount on the targeted probelm area. Do not use this as a full body moisturizer it would be wasting the product. More isn't always more. This product not only has helped with chronic leg cramping and body muscle tension but also my mental well being as well. My muscles are more relaxed during the day and at night in my sleep. I am no longer waking up a million times a night adjusting my position because of pain. Most of all this product is partly (the ' Pure Magnesium Spray' the other part) responsible for curing my insomnia. I have been a SEVERE insomniac since a child. Never able to fall asleep for hours and hours and hours of absolutely maddening tossing and turning. THEN once i I FINALLY fell asleep, waking up dozens and dozens of times per night from body pains and waking up super alert to any pin drop sound. I've lived off 3 hours of broken sleep my whole life. I tried every prescription (every controlled and non controlled), OTC, holistic diy, different styles of intensive exercise, every tip trick written online , and any and everything product online and in stores advertised for sleep and nothing in my 31 years of life has worked.
