Easily installed on my Ford Expedition in under 5 minutes. This is a complete wiper assembly with wiper blade, wiper arm and plastic bolt cover. The fit was perfect as is the spring tension that holds the wiper blade against the glass. You need a 1/2 inch wrench or socket to remove the old wiper arm and install this new one. There is also a plastic wiper blade protector that needs to be removed after installation, and it just easily slides off the end of the wiper blade.
