The shirttail is long enough to tuck in well without being too thick around waist. Sleeves could be just a bit looser in elbow area, but they roll up well. So far shirt has come out of the laundry looking nice, hold its shape well. Bought it for our front of the house staff and they seemed to like it. Very hard to get them all to agree on uniforms so that was a big plus. They like the roll up sleeve buttons. Quality seems good for the price point. Will adjust review over time once we see how they hold up. Only down side right now is that it seems some sizes have more in stock than others.
