Whitetail Institute PowerPlant Deer Food Plot Seed for Spring Planting, 25 lbs

Has grown awesome. Best product I’ve planted in awhile. Very full field. Growing at the base of the rocky Cumberland Platuea in Middle Tennessee

Works just about anywhere. Planted in a logging deck with minimal fertilizer and deer destroyed it. Planted in my yard with proper lime and fertilizer and grew like a garden. Tried everything over the years here in Virginia and this has been the best. Only negative is the following spring you need to clean up the deadfall from it. The dead Sunflower and bean stems will wrap around your tiller. Disc harrow will probably take it back under the ground for best results vs raking clean or burning.

Deer coming in at night looks GOOD too. Early to say how high plants will get. Can wait until the Fall HUNT. Thanks White tail Institute.

This product grew great on my plot, I did not do a soil test but did the heavy dose of fertilizer and lime as recommended. The product grew well, except for the sun flowers, not a single sun flower came up which was supposed to create structure for the beans. Hence the 4 stars.

lots of time to work a food plot because spring is so unpredictable weather wise. to early for fall to late for spring makes this the ideal product to use. I planted two or three weeks ago and just itchen to see the progress.

Germination was great and they are already mowing it down

After hearing good things about Power Plant, I bought a bag to plant in a food plot at my hunting club that has poor drainage and marginal soil. I disc'd it up with my Ground Hog ATV plow, planted it and then lightly disc'd the seed in. 10 days later I have a lush green food plot where before I could hardly get anything to to grow. Excellent food plot seed.

I just got it for the price you should get a full 25 pounds not 24.5 other 2 brands I got 25.5 in a bag and it’s not near as pricy maybe you should advertise 24 pounds ? We will see hobos it grows
