Very small so easy to swallow. Tastes vile (to me anyway), but if they do the job it’s neither here nor there!

This stuff is like fairy dust... magical!!!! Higher dosage than majority of other Turmeric product available. This has genuinely been a game-changer, joints feel less strained & have a clearer focus on excersise & general well-being. Been on it for a few months now & will not be stopping! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good price, good product and fast delivery

I bought these as I have osteo arthritis and the contents are supposed to help with the pain and inflammation - sadly they were a disappointment. They were easy to take and went down well but didn't offer any discernable improvement to my pain levels. I didn't re-order This isn't to say that they might work for others, just not for me
