This black leather stitch-on steering wheel wrap completely transformed the standard, slippery steering wheel in my Honda Accord into a soft, high-end, leather-wrapped wheel. The leather feels great in your hands and instantly elevates the overall look of the interior. I chose the red stitching to add a subtle pop of color, and it looks fantastic without being over the top. Installation was fairly easy, though it does take some time and patience. It took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete, and the instructional video was a huge help. Once installed, the cover fits like a glove—tight, secure, and looks like it came from the factory. Overall, this was well worth the effort. The grip, comfort, and upgraded appearance make driving much more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you want a custom, premium look without replacing the steering wheel.

I installed this on my 2003 Ford F250 and am extremely happy with the result. The leather is really good quality and makes the steering wheel thicker, easier to grip and feels so much better. It is indeed real leather 100% positive. The fit is really nice. You will have to stretch the cover quite a bit to get it over your steering wheel so placement of the seam is very important. Once the cover is pulled into place the only way you can move the seam position is to pull the cover off and start over. The seam on mine started to come apart but its an easy fix with the thread they give you. Once you have the seam positioned you just have to get the cover as even as possible all around. You start on the back side of the cover and tie to one of the seams. Next you just run the provided thread from seam to seam side to side until you get to the air bag. Once at the Airbag you get as close as you can then run the thread under the cover to the other side of the airbag and keep as tight as you can without breaking the thread. Once you get all the way around the wheel you tie off the thread and leave a 2 inch tail of thread that you will tuck under the leather and you are done. If you look at my pictures you will see that the leather will stick up around the airbag area slightly but it really doesn't look or feel bad. Once this cover is on there it is not moving. It will take two hours or so to put on correctly and will take some trial and error and patience. One of the bundles of thread they give you will do the entire wheel with lots to spare. It also comes with a needle and thimble. The steering wheel cover looks great almost looks factory. I was really impressed with the quality and highly recommend. Picture with the new Ford emblem is with the steering wheel cover glued down by the airbag.

Pretty good. If you buy this, realize you’re going to devote a good hour or two to stitching it. However I personally like the look and feel of it. Ended up putting it on a 2014 gmc terrain that likely had seen better days. My stitching job could have better and I ended up using a little more that one bundle of thread but at least they send you two bundles. Overall pretty happy with the result and the feel of the steering wheel now vs the sticky feeling of old vinyl. It does seem to be genuine leather as advertised as it looks and smells like it. Glad this cover wasn’t a faux leather

I purchased the perforated version and it went on surprisingly well and looks very nice. The stitching takes time and patience, but the end result is worth it. My only complaint is the smell. My car now smells musty from the leather. I'm hoping the smell goes away in a couple days, or I might have to remove it. That would be disappointing, not to mention a waste of time and money...

My steering wheel on my 2014 Toyota Sienna, suddenly got a huge chip in it right at the top, leaving me staring at ugliness. I wasn't sure what to do and looked at lots of wheel cover options at lots of prices. I finally decided on this item after reading about the process for putting it on. It took a lot of time to patiently sew it on, and there are a couple of places where I didn't get a complete overlap at the thickest part of the wheel. But for about a 90 minute investment, I ended up with a custom steering wheel cover that looks like I spent a lot more money than I did, that fits my steering wheel like a glove. I only needed to use one of the cords and needles for sewing and had plenty of left over cord on the cord that I did use. I had no problem with anything ripping and yes indeed the cover is genuine leather, you can tell from the back and from the smell. The leather is not thick, but you don't want thick as you want it to conform well to the wheel. It offers great grip and slip resistance, as well as protecting my hands from the chipped surface it was covering. It is a great upgrade even if your wheel wasn't looking as bad as mine was.

Quality leather! It came with two lengths of threads and even came with a cute tailor's thimble for the perfect install kit! I really took my time sewing / stitching this onto the steering wheel and it was, in a way, therapeutic. I got it lined up perfectly and it's now basically part of the car, stitched on as tight as a baseball. It's smooth in the hand with the wheel travel and allows the hands to breathe without getting sweaty in the hot summer months. One small detail to take note of is that there were many little 'plugs' that were still present from the factory process of punching the tiny air holes and not all of them were perfectly 'cored' out, leaving the some of the pieces slightly protruding from their little holes. This was more apparent after install. It didn't end up being a problem though and doesn't last long anyway. It's just something to be aware of, but I wouldn't consider it to be a product defect, more of an imperfection with the manufacturing process. After installing, simply rub any protruding core material sticking out and they should just pop right out. This will also self-correct just by driving and using the steering wheel; they'll come out on their own. Other than that, this is much better than anything I could find locally. No buyer's remorse here and I will probably get several more of these for future vehicles when the time comes.

Great product! Seems to be real leather - soft to touch. Installation took me 3.5 hours to do it properly - if you do not have straight hands and access to YouTube it is close to impossible to install it properly.
