Where/what is the warranty information? I emailed the support address and received no reply.

They have no posted warranty documents, but when I asked their support they told me that their products have a 1 year warranty.

The screw that hold the heatsink does not come with a spring type screw. Is that normal?

My one came with the spring screws if I remember correctly.

Is this just an asetek rebrand or is it it’s own custom pump

If I were to guess this is not an asetek pump and rather a custom one, the mounting is similar in many ways though.

My mother board only has 4 pin i believe the rgb won’t work?
