I’ve tried lots of prenatal supplements, none did it for me till this one. The others left me feeling deprived and like I was so low on everything including energy. This one has made me feel amazing! Hair is growing so fast and I honestly feel so good being on these, I noticed my milk began to get more cream too. Which was way nice because before I didn’t have much cream! Doesn’t have a taste, easy to swallow. I personally think the ingredients in this are way better than others, just overall great quality and with every penny! I started using this postpartum and wish I had it way sooner!

Great postnatal, I never feel nauseous or taste the fish oil pill. There is a strong smell to the daily vitamins, almost herb like but the taste doesn’t linger. It’s expensive but you are getting it individually packaged, and in one box (instead of purchasing 3 different bottles). I don’t think it helps energy levels or with milk production. Used this same brand during pregnancy and now have a happy & healthy baby.

You take one packet of 5 pills per day. Which makes it incredibly easy. I don’t have to think about it especially post partum. I can also just grab a packet and put it in my purse to take on the go! All of the pills are small and easy to take. I have felt more energized and like I have more mental clarity!

As a mom of twins this makes my life SO easy. I have been diligent about taking supplements postpartum but this product makes my life so easy knowing that I am getting everything I need each day without having to open multiple bottles. I grab a packet and go. The quality is great and I feel amazing when I take them.

Not safe for breastfeeding mothers!! False advertising company. My OB told me this vitamin is not safe for breastfeeding due to lack of research on Ashwaganda and L-Theanine. Company also told me they changed their product to no longer having Ashwaganda in it but it’s still listed in the ingredients when received in person. They state L-Theanine is safe but it’s not. I would like other mothers to be aware. This may be a good vitamin but my baby’s safety always comes first.

I am loving these, it comes with 5 pills, 1 fish oil and two small ones and 2 normal sized vitamins, they don’t make me nauseous and I don’t burp them up, they’re also super convenient by coming in a single day package

I took Perelel’s vitamins throughout my whole pregnancy and was so pleased and impressed with the comprehensive packets. After birth, I honestly wanted to see if I could save a little money and tried another popular brand which only has 2 pills. While I didn’t have necessarily any hair loss, I had pretty horrible brain fog and fluctuating mood despite a clean, protein filled diet, hydration, and other things. I decided to go back to Perelel and try their postnatals. I’d like to think it’s not placebo, but they honestly have been a game changer for me. My brain fog has significantly improved and my mood a lot more stable. As a breastfeeding mama, I can rest knowing I am filling my body with the right supplements. Worth every penny in my opinion!

I’m pretty neutral on this product. The taste and smell did not bother me at all, even though it smelled a little fishy. It also did not cause my stomach to get upset. To be honest, I didn’t really see any difference whether I took them or not so I didn’t find it to be very effective. My energy level was the same, skin, hair and nails also. It could have been a complete placebo for all I know so I can’t speak for the quality of something that seemed so “meh”. I personally won’t be buying this product again - at least not on Amazon as I’m not sure I got what I paid for. If I did, I would say you could find a better quality product for the money.
