Missing Remote / Sketchy packaging
Quite disappointed after waiting for camera to arrive for my presentation. Another review from a prior customer a few weeks ago had the same issue, as the package did NOT include the remote control ($79 value). The advertisement listing showed pictures of the remote control AND listed it out in the description of the product. The product also had bubble wrap around the camera box which included a metal tripod with a broken plastic film on the outside but no remote. I returned the same day. Not sure if this was a recycled return, but BUYER BEWARE.

Love em!
I have (4) of these Tail Air PTZ Cameras. They work great via NDI or HDMI. Work great with the OBSBOT remote or with an IP PTZ Controller.

Camera quality is not good
AI tracking is very nice. Unfortunately the camera quality is very poor and blurry. It is very noticeably worse than my smart phone. When zoomed in any amount the picture becomes horribly blurry. Even zoomed all the way out the camera doesn't produce a crisp picture. Also when you try to return the company only allows UPS pickup option where you have to stay home all day waiting for a UPS man. I make way more that $500 in a day so waiting at home is not an option. I do believe it is illegal for this to be the only return option. They are required to provide you with a label, which they do not do.

DOA...did not work after opening even after charging. There was a 30 day return or replacement but Amazon did not honor that 30 day window. I am filling a complaint with the BBB on this matter.

Not for sports
I saw lots of advertisement regarding obsbot tail air for Soccer Games. The quality is very poor and does not meets the requirement for outdoor sports. For $800 you expect a good quality camera especially when you pay lots of youtubers to review your camera

This is a godsend for a one man film band
I love the fact that you can frame your shots for the follow, bad framing was always my hangup on these kinds of cameras. I love the remote, I love the presets, everything about this is well thought out and just perfect. The exposure and focus are spot on. My only criticism is they don't sell this in a 2 pack! I will be ordering another one. As someone who's always filmed with manual cameras this is just like having a second person with you at all times.
