I have struggled with excess sweating for years— will sweat thru multiple shirts in a work day— but typically just deal having soggy under arms all day. I bought these as a final option for dealing aith hyperhidrosis. I sweat a lot daily and it only gets worse with how anxious I can be. If you are questioning buying these I would 100% recommend them. I am 22 year old girl but I deal with heavy sweat daily at home at school at work and it is so embarrassing and makes me feel like I have no confidence but I wore this out today to test it and went to busy places where I would normally sweat a lot and not a single stain appeared on my actual shirt that I wore over top of this. Buy it and you will save so much money and effort!! I'm so happy that I am probably going to buy more. My shirt felt hot but not wet to the touch, it may depend on the fabric but this really did its job and I was out walking around for 4 hours with it on.

The black one is very good but I find it hard to use the other ones as they shine through. The white could be used at the gym but the “skin” color rd one is more pink/peach and not issued up at all.

I use a natural deodorant, Lume, that works fantastic but it isn't an antiperspirant so.... this works so much better than thr adhesive patches for the underarm.It had a tendency to slip off my shoulders occasionally- hence not 5 stars but otherwise would recommend it. It works as advertised.
