Apply your daytime moisturizer,and let it absorb completely . Blot a bit if needed. Apply a thin coat of the primer and let it set a bit before applying makeup. If you use liquid foundation,do so with a light hand so as not to pick up the primer. You should not have trouble with flakes if you prep your skin correctly.
