This cinnamon has a nice mild and woody aroma and flavor with slight undertones of standard cinnamon compared to cassia cinnamon which is stronger and spicier in comparison. It also grinds down into a finer powder, too. I got about 1/4 a cup ground ceylon from these 6 sticks which is a modest amount, but will go a long way for me since 1/4 a tsp of this stuff is pretty potent. I particularly like to use it in both cooking or teas to create a more relaxing flavor/aroma. Definitely worth the buy if regular cassia cinnamon doesn't agree with you, such as giving you mouth sores, or you want to have cinnamon more regularly without worrying about the high coumarin content that cassia contains.

I guess (7) cinnamon sticks may be good for the manufacturer of this product, but it was not good to me. If you’re an avid Amazon user, you know when you’ve been dooped. The packaging of a seven count was not what I expected, maybe (20-25) count would have been much better for the price. I have had cinnamon sticks before and these were of a quality that you could break into to save for another time, whereas the other brands were much harder to break. Taste was not as strong as I would have liked but could have probably used for two cups. The color was of a tanish brown whereas others have been of a darker brown. Thank you 😊

Great quality

I ordered these for a Christmas Wreath project. It was perfect as I didn't have time to run out to the store so I ordered off amazon and these were in my hands by the next day. I made Cedar wreaths with the children I work with and the cinnamon sticks were tied on to the Cedar with jute rope. The wreath project turned out great and the cinnamon sticks smelt so good! The children were proud to go home with their DYI Wreaths with cinnamon sticks.

The bag is too small but overall satisfied with it. The taste is definitely milder than regular cinnamon but better

Don't buy this product is a scam. These cunammon is not Ceylon. The Ceylin is super thin and breaks very easily., This “cinnamon does not have a smell. Has the USDA Organic but as we realize everything is a fraud or corruption in the United States. So this is not a guarantee. I'm going to return it
