Good for therapy
I am childrens mental health counselor and this book is great for a high functioning child who struggles with anxiety. It is used for a child that can verbally express themselves and do cognitive work. I wouldn't use it with a child who has had a lot of trauma and is not able to verbalize their feelings. However, I find it very helpful for some of my clients who suffer with anxiety!

Hope it will work.
Good quality of pages and have lots of activity pages to express the emotions. You can say its a start of personal dairy. It can help parents to understand less expressive kids. But its just give the way to express not a solution.

A great book to help anxious children
A great book packed full of pages which invite children to share how they feel and work through their emotions. Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, my 7 year old daughter has been much more anxious than usual. Not only does she enjoy writing in the book but she said she will go to it whenever she feels worried because it really helps. Don't hesitate, it's great value and lets your child know you love them and want to help them and it also encourages them to talk about it.

Abre caminos de diálogo
Estupendo para edades a partir de 10, antes hará falta ayuda y explicaciones por parte de un adulto para casi todo. Muy entretenido y válido para abrir el camino del diálogo.
