Lovely Pickled Ginger, short use-by-date once opened (1 week)
Very tasty pickled ginger. I was a little disappointed how short the use-by-date once opened was (1 week!) as it's quite a big jar and I'll never get through it that quickly - but hey it's pickled right, what could go wrong...?!

I really enjoy this product , it adds a different dimension to my salads and snacks, I will definitely be buying this product again, it reminds me of eating in the Japanese restaurant while on holiday, reasonably priced too.
