LEGO City Policeman Minifigure Alarm Clock, 9.5", Black (Model: 9002274)

My Son got this clock for his birthday and really liked it. I like that it lights up when you push down on his cap to see the time. It is very sturdy and well made. I was at first concerned that he would want to play with all the buttons on the back because he just turned 5 years old, but so far he realizes that it is only a clock and not a toy to throw on the floor. I otherwise would recommend it for a child over the age of 8, but since it is lego he really got a kick out of it! It looks great on his dresser and good size. I just hope it lasts for awhile.

This is a really nice clock with the expected level of quality from LEGO. I was a little worried it would be really cheap, but it feels like other LEGO products. Clock comes with batteries installed, so it has everything you need. Backlighting is a light blue and strong enough to see the time, but it does go off after a few minutes, so you have to hit the hat on the policeman's head to see what time it is at night. The pictures don't make it clear, but this clock is fully articulated like a lego mini figure, with a bending waist, movable arms, moveable hands, and movable legs. My son has had a lot of fun pretending the clock is a giant with his regular lego sets. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. It is a solid alarm clock and really, really a cute implementation.

I bought this for our son's 7th birthday....love the design, esp the fact there is some movement in that he can sit down, making a lower profile. Easy read display, easy setting time/alarm. The beeping is gentle sound yet, loud enough to wake him most days. Only thing I wish were different... the alarm doesn't sound for long enough...shuts itself off after just (maybe) a minute. I've not timed it to be sure but when my son didn't "snooze it" or shut it off, I was surprised that it had stopped by itself so soon.

I have had this clock in my sons room now for over a year it still works great the legs and arms move the alarm is easy to work the snooze button is the head and the time lights up when you push the head down too. when the alarm go's off it is a beeping sound that starts soft and then gets louder and louder so if the kid doesn't wake up at first it gets louder and if you have a light sleeper they turn it off quickly so they don't have to hear it get louder. It sits and stands well and it is made good quality. Love this! worth it!

My boys love this! it's a fun addition to their room.My only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of backlight - you can't see the time in the dark (at least I haven't figured out how to do that yet!) So, it's an additional clock in the room instead of the only one.

My son loves this clock. He keeps it by his bed at night. There a some problems like, it is a little dark and hard to see unless you hit the head. The clock is also battery operated. If you were wondering the clock does not come apart it only sits and stands, the legos are fake. I also would have liked to have seen that the clock lights up when you push its head and all of the buttons on the back.

This clock was the perfect gift. My 4 year old and 11 year old boys both love it!

I've always wanted to get one and saw the chance when the price fell. I'm just a big AFOL. Honestly, if you ever want to have an alarm clock wake you in morning, this is it!
