I'm 83. I take two of these plus one tadalifil pill in the morning. Sleep straight through the night. Can't pee over the fence but I can hit the fence. Tried 3 different prescriptions but this one works really well for a low price. Athletically active my whole life. That really helps.

Better than prescription meds

I have a need to try a saw palmetto supplement. I just got this order a few days ago, and have taken 3 so far. Way to early to formulate any meaningful review of this product. I have a reasonable hope that it will help in my general health, but it way too early to see any results. Having said that, I have also had no less than 3 separate emails urging me to please write a review of this product from the small family run marketing team of the supplier. Here it is: This order came in the promised 2 days after the order was placed, and I have suffered no ill effects from taking 3 capsules. To the marketing team: I will give an honest review when I have a little more time to see if the saw palmetto has a positive effect for me. I sincerely hope it does.

I'm cursed with hair loss due to genetic reasons. Even with hair supplements (that include biotin), those alone haven't helped much. I also can't use any products with minoxidill because I get a serious allergic reaction to it. It's unfortunate because minoxidill actually does help with my hair loss but it causes my skin to swell, flake, and itch. It's horrible. I've been doing some research for alternatives and came across a few articles about how saw palmetto helps with hair loss. I figured that I would give the supplements a go(as they're a reasonable price). To my amazement, these supplements worked within a few days of taking them! Way less fall out in the tub drain (in fact, there would be days where there's no fall out at all). I still want to see if there's any other supplements and regimens I can add to really promote hair growth but I'm very happy I made this purchase.
