This sweat jacket is the best! I've been working out for a long time and love quality and breathable clothes. This jacket is scientifically made perfectly as it is extremely lightweight, thin, and comfortable to build up sweat without a heavy workout! I ordered a 2x and it fitted like a large so I recommend that if you are big around the tummy to double your size

I love that this can worn "casually" for the Wal Mart or to a restaurant, it does not "look" like a sauna suit, but looks more like a wind suit! I doo seriously recommend ordering TWO sizes up from your regular sizing, these DO run small, like Asin sizing. If you want to wear this over a sweat suit or thicker clothing, go 3 sizes large than your normal sizing. I am a guy of 5'-8-1/2" 36" waist and 175 Lbs and wear at least a size 2xl or better yet a 3xl. Would have liked pockets on the jacket also, and the wrists are way too loose, I may "restyle" the jacket in this respect. Overall LOVE my suit, will buy another!!!!! These suits seem to also (if minimally breathable) do seem to breathe a little. Even if I "sit around for a while in one of these, they do not get soaked inside, like a PVC or a "rubber" suit will do. Very comfortable for casual wear also.

This suit WORKS!! Shortly after putting it on, I started feeling the sweat. You can feel the difference being in the sun and the shade while wearing this suit. In the sun, the material does feel like it warms up, and you can feel it on your skin. Its not painful but it is noticeable and I do understand it's to cause more sweating. I don't mind it at all. Once you step into the shade the suit regulates and cools down. Feel your tolerance in the sun, and if its too much, ensure you pick a walk/run with a good mix of sun and shade. Regardless, you'll get the sweat you're looking for. I was only in my suit for 5 minutes, while walking, sweat started dripping down my wrists and hands. I ordered a XXL. For reference, I'm 5'7", 220llbs. I wear size 14 (us) jeans and an XL shirt size. After reading reviews, I'm glad I sized up because the suit was snug. The pants have an elastic band with strings to tighten. They were long enough and provided great coverage for sweating. The jacket was snug, but covered me just enough to cover my body and arms. I did wear a sweet sweat waist trainer under it and it covered just fine. I did NOT and do NOT suggest wearing clothes under the suit while using it. If you are, size up.

I was thrilled to receive this sauna suit. It's surprisingly well-made and looks quite chic! I was initially concerned about letters wriiten "wet suit" on the back (like ive seen with other sellers), but there weren't any. I used the suit it tonight in my portable sauna, and it's fantastic. I ordered a 5X to ensure comfortable movement, and it's perfect. At around 236 lbs, it's a bit loose, which is better; it doesn't feel tight, and it's easy to remove when wet. It doesn't smell, has a good zipper, and pockets! I'm very impressed with the HOTSUIT Sauna Suit. It truly delivers and offers excellent value.

Ok honest review pretty good over all. it does run a little small so I recommend sizing up. I had to cut weight for a jiu-jitsu match and was able to cut 2lbs in about 20 mins on the assault bike using this set. comfort wise mush better than a standard set that tend to tear. this one is a rinse and hang dry. I got the results i needed but will definitely size up if I purchase again. It didnt have a any weird plastic smell and it is a better quality in my opinion.

So I spent soooo much time going through the review to try and pick the right sizing. I love the suit but I had to refund and get a smaller size. Everyone says it runs small and it really just depends on I bought the XL. IM 170 lbs and 5’3 with my extra weight being in my stomach, thoughts and arms. The top fit a little loose but that was okay but I had room to go down. Now I don’t have a big butt to take up all that pants space but even then, I could fold each pant leg in half they were sooo big. I wear a size 6 or 8 depending on the clothes for reference. They should let you pick different bottom and top sizes because I would prob go even smaller for the pants. I re purchased the large and we will see.

Wide loves it but it's a little loose in areas

I love love this suana suit. I’m 5’2 145lbs and I ordered a medium. I have some room in the pants but very little room in the top. But I have a semi wide back 🤣🤣 It’s light weight but feels soft and it was easy to take off. I did wear my regular work out clothes underneath the sauna suit.

This suit is well made, and fits as advertised (no weird smells) and works. I highly recommend this suit if your looking for one.
