No clue why anyone would give this less than 5 stars but I guess you are bound to get a bad unit on occasion. I purchased this November of 2024 and this has been a lifesaver many times over! I can’t love this product enough that I’m back to buy a second. For some reason my wife can’t figure out how to plug her phone in at night so every morning she runs out the door with this charger. It charges an iPhone super fast! And the kids iPads .. it’s been great for our little family.

This portable power bank has been a lifesaver for business travel and long days on the go. The 100W AC outlet and 65W PD USB-C port charge my laptop and phone fast and efficiently. With its high 98Wh capacity, I can get multiple charges without worrying about running out of power. It’s compact, reliable, and perfect as a backup power source for both work and outdoor use. Just what I always wanted. Often I am on the go with my laptop and it is often out of battery when I need it the most. I was looking for something that I can carry with my laptop on the go and plug in when in need but not too expensive. This product was wonderful. The price was right and the quality are super. It comes with a nice carry case. The power bank itself look very nice and high quality. I bought it hopeful it can come before my trip, and yes it was delivery on the same day. I was so happy as now I do not have to run around or keep looking for place to plug in my laptop when I need. I plug my laptop in with this power bank and it gave me another 5+ hours plus to work on my laptop. That is plenty of power. Love it and so happy with my purchase. It comes with a cable, I just wish it is also come with the AC power adapter then it would be perfect. All and all if you are looking to find a power bank for your laptop so you can plug in when you are on the go and have to get that report done. This is it - get this and make your life happier. This is a great product and have a lot of power.

Worked great for several months. It fell off my desk not even a 4 foot drop and cracked and broke. It no longer works after. Not very sturdy or strong. Poor construction.

Having AC power when none is available is a game changer for me! I traveled to a place that has rolling blackouts and I use a CPAP for sleeping. This allowed me to get a good night's sleep during those power outages. It was also useful to me on planes that did not have AC power and would be great for camping. I was about to charge multiple devices off of it several times. Just be aware that using AC power could drain the bank relatively quickly depending on the device. My CPAP didn't last the whole night on it, but long enough that I wasn't miserable in the morning. Also, it holds a lot of power, so it takes a while to charge. expectations set. I don't think you'll get much better. Would be great to be able to charge with solar.

This has gotten me out of a pinch a few times. I forget to recharge it sometimes and it always seems to have just enough juice to get me through. The price makes it a no brainer when compared to others. The weight and size isn't too bad as I'm able to put it in my backpack.

2/5 stars because it functions well. It works well for my work laptop and small electronics, but doesnt put out the juice my gaming laptop needs to charge without shutting off. The production quality leaves a lot to be desired. The plastic end plates (fan and outlet sides) are held in with tiny plastic tabs that break quickly from trying to unplug anything in the 110v. That sides plate has a connector that plugs into it from behind that easily disconnects if the tabs are broken requiring you to leave it stationary otherwise the slightest movement with disconnect all power. Just buy something more durable.

The manual did not explain the product that well. But it does work well and charging is easy. I did not know it had flashlight, which it did not mention how to turn on & off. And light weight.
