1 year on Zhou brand Dym and feeling WAY BETTER! I'm a man with really really bad hoshimotos (read below) I have now been taking this stuff for a year and I can honestly say I'm feeling a heck of a lot better than I used to. My doctor recomended going on DIM supplement since I have bad hashimoto's. I HAVE BEEN TAKING IT FOR 6 MONTHS. I get Biote pellets every 3 months but my estrogen hormone levels were spiking still. I recently had my blood tested and now my estrogen levels are back to normal and I have a good testosterone level thanks to this vitamin. Before I took this vitamin daily I felt like poop still even after 3 years of Biote pelleting. I thought something was more wrong with me then just Hashimoto's disease. Luckily it was just a vitamin deficiency that was helped out a ton by ZHOU DIM. I take one before I go to bed since it makes me feel tired. I get great sleep after taking it and I feel energetic all day. I'm 45yr old male with the worst Hashimoto's case that my endocrinologist had ever scene in 30yrs of practice.

This stuff actually works. Shrinks an enlarged prostate. You must be diligent about taking it daily.

I tried this product and now I can’t live without it. I notice that I become very irregular if I stop taking it for a few days and helps with bloating!

I purchased DIM Active to help with my cystic acne and since I have been taking it my skin looks way better. I am hoping it helps with my faltering metabolism as well. Being almost 35 and a mother of 3, my metabolism is not what it used to be and I have been struggling now for 4 years to lose weight after my last kiddo. I am taking a ashwagandha supplement along with DIM and it is helping my mood so hopefully they will work together well. Edit: As of Jan 1st, combined with these two supplements, a low calorie diet and between a half and hour to an hour of exercise til now (Feb 16th) I have lost 19 lbs. I have tried the last 4 years with diet ans exercise alone and was not able to lose any weight what so ever. It had been so frustrating and I felt at a loss. My hormones were out of whack and of course Doctors don't usually listen and say vitamins are "placebos". Taking the ashwagandha and DIM I believe have truly helped me regulate my hormones and stress levels. I couldn't have lost weight without them and the diet and exercise combined. I couldn't however just do one or the other, all 3 of these things were needed to help. I still have 31 lbs to go and will continue taking these probably forever lol.

Zhou products are proving to be really good products. I managed health food stores for around 12 years and now I am in IT. I still work with the health food industry and actually design, maintain and host an eCommerce website for a health food company. (Not Zhou. No affiliation.) One thing I have learned is many times you just have to have faith that a product is working. This is the case with Zhou DIM Active. Although physically you may not see or feel a difference, you do your research into the different ingredients and what they are about and the fact they do what they are suppose. I feel this is what Zhou has done for this product creating one of the best DIM Complexes available.

The DIM and BioPerine in it do their jobs if you're looking for hormonal balance. I don't know that it helps with heavy menstrual cycles as I'd like, but it does help with PMS, irregular periods and other issues caused by too much bad estrogen and perimenopause. But it also comes with 100 IU of Vitamin E, which is probably overkill. I've taken 400 IU of Vitamin E in the past and found that if I take it daily I start experiencing fatigue and dehydration within about a week. I've been taking this for two months and finally feel just ridiculously tired every day with relentlessly dry lips. I can't really increase my water intake. So, even the 100 IU is too much for me, and I had to order another DIM supplement that doesn't have these extra vitamins. Apparently, you only need around 15mg of Vitamin E, which is around 22.4 IU, so it makes sense that 100 IU every single day is just too much. Truthfully, this is the second Zhou product I've tried that eventually made me feel dehydrated, as well, and I think it also made me tired.

I use this supplement everyday and have noticed that it is great with hormone replacement therapy.
