Keeps 'grinding'
This is my second coffee grinder from this company, the first one's container broke after the first use. Seller was very helpful and sent a whole new unit without any trouble at all. The grinder itself is good quality. It has several settings from coarse to fine, so you can set it to how you like. I do find that it does not grind quite as fine as some other grinders, but it does a fantastic job. It is very easy to use and makes grinding coffee beans a breeze and it is also easy to clean. For it's price, it is hard to beat. I have groud many bags of coffee using this grinder and it is still 'grinding' away. It is a bit loud, but it is crushing beans into dust, so that is expected and it does get a little warm after a few minutes of heavy use. Overall it is absolutely worth the purchase.

Love the grinder, love the customer service more
Incredible customer service! Grinder stopped grinding to the right size after about 6 months. Customer service quickly responded to my ticket with trouble shooting videos. With no luck, they issued me a replacement. Super fast response time from them and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Love the grinder too!

Significantly Underperformed Compared to Expectations
Upon using this product, it became immediately clear that its construction did not meet the expected standards of quality. The finest grind setting produces a texture far more coarse than typical coarse grinds, surprisingly outmatched even by standard blade grinders. This was a significant disappointment, as it renders the grinder unsuitable for finer coffee preparations, such as pour-over or espresso, though it might marginally suffice for French Press enthusiasts. Moreover, the operational noise level of the machine is alarmingly high, creating a sense of urgency to conclude its use quickly to mitigate what feels like a potential hazard. This aspect significantly detracts from the overall user experience. For those considering this product, I would recommend evaluating alternative options. For instance, the Shardor brand offers a comparable product at a similar price point, yet it boasts superior build quality and performance. In light of the available alternatives that promise better value and functionality, I find it difficult to endorse this product.

Don’t have high expectations and you could be satisfied
I returned this grinder, as it could not go fine enough for my needs (espresso). It wasn’t advertised, so that’s no fault to the grinder, but keep that in mind if you’re upgrading to a burr grinder for espresso like I was. The grinder isn’t too loud and is pretty easy to clean. Build quality looked good and you can hold a decent amount of beans and ground coffee. My main issue is the grind size was inconsistent on finer settings - a lot more boulders than other grinders. It definitely could be a good drip coffee work horse, but if you have specialty needs (French press, pour over, espresso, etc.) you may want to consider an upgrade.

Stopped working properly and replaced by manufacturer
It worked well at first, but after two months it no longer grinds to the "Fine" setting for espresso. I have cleaned it, however, it grinds whole beans to somewhere between "Medium" and "Fine." I thought I was upgrading from a $15 blade grinder, but have regrets about this purchase. I contacted Kaffe through their website on April 17, 2024 and the representative promptly responded via email, stating: Thanks for reaching out so that we can better assist you. We’re sorry to hear that your coffee grinder is defective. Though it is rare for this to have happened, we stand behind the quality of our products and would love to ship you a replacement. On April 23, 2024, the replacement arrived via USPS. It appeared new/unused, however, there were fingerprint smudges on on the base, so perhaps it was a returned item. After cleaning, it grinds well to the "Fine" setting for expresso. I followed the included extended warranty registration instructions just in case. The Kaffe customer service was great, just hoping the product lasts longer this time.

Good for the price but doesn't grind evenly at all
As a first-time coffee grinder user, I might have had overly high expectations. Unfortunately, this grinder falls short in delivering consistently-sized coffee grounds. Despite setting it for a fine grind, I often find a large amount of coarse to very coarse grounds mixed in, which does impact the flavor, especially when compared to the uniform grind I get from the commercial machine at my local store. On the positive side, it grinds quickly, operates cleanly, and isn’t too loud. The price is also reasonable, but the inconsistency in grind size is a significant drawback for anyone serious about their coffee. I still have to make up my mind if I can live with the poor grind or send the grinder back.

Quiet, powerful, works excellent!
Freakin awesome burr grinder. Chopper blade style for coffee beans don't make for good brewing grounds. This particular type grinds it nice and fine for brewing. 5 scoops beans will make nice strong brew for 10cups water mark on the carafe. Good starting point. Adjustable grind size, quiet, quick. Mine i set between medium and fine, came out perfect in my opinion.

This unit works ok for basic drip coffee. Set to the finest setting, the size comes out 4 x larger than esspresso and the size is inconsistent.
