This is very tasty! I have one scoop every morning first thing. I bought it to help with migraines. Sometimes I wake up with a headache and this definitely seems to take the edge off it. For me it also seems to give me a feeling of calmness which I'm guessing is the magnesium. Also like that it's sweetened with stevia and not sugar or other nasty artificial sugars. Just wish it was a bit cheaper.

I’ve tried other brands of electrolytes and this brand tastes the best of all of them. I’ve bought all flavors and I like them all. The packets are perfect to carry in your bag or travel with. I’ve tried the powder too but I prefer the packets. I highly recommend this brand.
