Very well made and compact. I can fit my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with cover in it, although a bit tight but it's a big phone. Regular size phones fits just fine with credit card and curreny. So far I have used it once on international trip and am very happy with it.

Once adjusted to your waist size, this is secure and comfortable. I don't even know it's there when I walk. It's roomy enough to hold my iPhone 14 Pro Max in a somewhat Slim OtterBox case. I wanted to carry a mini pepper spray in one of the side pockets (hopefully fits) but haven't picked one up yet. Legal in my state, but can't be shipped from out of state. So stupid, but love this belt, love the color and secure fit.

There are a couple things that I like about this waist pouch. One plus is that it has 3 separate zippered areas. So, you can stick your keys in a different pocket from your phone. This is useful so that you don't accidentally lose your keys when taking your phone out for a photo. The The pouch area is pretty wide until it narrows in the front to the straps; this helps keep it secure when "bouncing" and I found that it was less likely to ride up on my body because of this.The only real negative is that the center pouch for your phone does not expand at all. There is zero flex to the fabric. I was just barely able to get my phone (with it's case) into this pocket. There was no room for tucking in a gel or energy bar - and the tight fit meant that it took a bit longer to get my phone in or out of the pocket (I actually found it easier to just take off the pouch entirely, put my phone back in the pocket, and then put the pouch back on). If you rarely take your phone out during a hike/run, this may not be a big deal for you.

I got two of these for a race marathon my family was running. I was very happy with how large the pocket is on these. Most the running belts we have, the pockets are too small for all the fuel, body glide and other things we take on long runs. These have a nice wide belt that adjusts to about 38"-40". I would recommend them for their price and function.

Used on a recent trip to Europe. Worked great, very comfortable under clothing. Highly recommend.
