And why can't the manufacturers help me?** A: I am sorry that I cannot answer that question. I have had my mat for several months now with regular almost daily use and I have not experienced anything like that. Recommended! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but not perfect *by H***S on 6 December 2018* Love the speed of the mat, length is OK. The alignment lines are nice. Would be nice for version 2.0 to have also a small second circle for the Putt OUT device. My main complaint with this mat is that after a while the mat starts to have a deviation. After a good brush this is remedied but would be nicer not having to do that.
