Works great so far just trying them out and am happily surprised

Not to bad thay work for me only draw back is getting the backing of to apply

They seem to do what they say on the box..

If you have patience to remove the backing , you may find it has marginal benefit . Patch did roll up fairly quickly and if your knee gets hot,it does itch and feel burny.

Bought the first lot of these and they were good so bought more ,but the second lot don’t do anything ,not even get warm not good ,poor don’t buy them

I wasn't really expecting much but had stopped being able to exercise due to the pain in my knees. I popped them on (you get used to being able to peel the back off and you also get used to making sure they stick on and stay on - mine rolled up the first time); I quite liked the feeling of support at first but didn't think they did much more. I put them on again the next day and the sun was out - they started heating up so much my knees were burning! I gradually started doing more exercise, using the static bike, and there was no knee pain afterwards! I've gradually built this up, now moving to the running machine, and feel it's quite miraculous that yesterday I was able to do ten minutes on the running machine no longer even wearing the pads - they have enabled me to 'oil' up my own knees so that they are working again. I haven't felt this strong for about a year. And what is lovely is that I still have another eight pairs if the pain does come back. Be patient with them, those in need, they can really help.
