Could somebody please post the full ingredients list?

Helianthus Annus (sunflower) seed oil, persea gratissma (avocado oil), 100% natural cera alba (beeswax, honey, propolis and pollen), hydrogenated avocado (butter) oil, daucus carota (carrot seed) oil. It doesn't work as a swimming block.

Do you apply this product before or after sun lotion?

It is very greasy and stays on well but it would be difficult to apply suntan lotion afterwards so I expect you would need to apply it beforehand.

Would you put this on before or after suncream?

Before I would say but I only used this for his swimming lessons

It acts as a block to protect the skin . One applies it before swimming, But I have also used it where skin needs a little TLC, feet elbows etc. It is a barrier cream. I hope this helps you .
