I have purchased 10 of these over the last couple years. I use them to display my collection of World War I uniforms. They are ideal for my collection. They can accommodate a variety of sizes. I had a very small sailor uniform that probably was too small for an average 12-year-old. I had to squeeze the mannequin form a little bit but I was able to get the uniform on. My larger uniforms also fit well on them. The back of the manikin form is hollow so I will often stuff it with newspaper or bubble wrap so the uniform fits a little bit better. The base is metal and sturdy enough that it will not tip over. I broke one of the knobs that adjusts the height of the manikin. I contacted the company and they quickly sent me two replacement knobs. Their customer service was excellent. The price of these has gone up over the last year and a half but they are still a good value for the money.

Works very well for typically smaller torso folk of WW2 and before.

The stand is not sturdy enough to support the mannequin. I will use to hook to hang it. It is good enough to do the job of taking pictures of male clothing that I sell. Great price!
