These work great and taste fantastic. Not only do they help relieve leg cramps and settle the mind and helps me sleep but they also taste great.

These gummies really help with stress. Highly effective in helping me to relax which is not an easy feat. They taste a bit like a sour gummie but they're not unpleasent. They're easy to swallow but you need to either chew them well or allow enough time for them to disolve on your tongue.

I still wake up at night. But I notice that I am able to fall back to sleep better than when I didn't take the magnesium.

Great taste. Less sweet/sugar would be nice.
