This sports happy birthday banner was the highlight of our birthday party. I expected the banner to be plastic, but it is not it is actual fabric. It also included ribbon so we could hang on the wall. This is great quality and is now being used as wall decor for my son's room. It is also a great size, and the money was excellent!
