Do not buy!!!!
Do not waste your money! These reels are terrible. I purchased four reels for halibut fishing. Two broke the first day, four hours into the trip. The other two broke the following day. In addition there is no place to have repairs done. I purchased the reels several months before fishing season, so the return window was closed by the time they were used. Another downside is that there are no instructions available in English. My suggestion is to look elsewhere for a better quality reel, these aren’t worth purchasing!

Great Reel for the Money
I got this for regular bottom fishing. I had it loaded with 60lb invisibraid. The spool ran out at about 250 Yards and I had 100 lb mono top shot added and got about 70 feet. For those looking for a manual it appears this model is the same as the 500S so you can find the english manual on the internet if you look for the 500S. The reel is pretty light and I would not really recommend it for deep drop but it is a big game jigging reel and great for bottom fishing. I just wish it had a reel clamp as you have to use the reel seat on the rod to hold it on. I use a car jump starter battery pack for it and I really like it. I might purchase a few more. update: The drag on the reel has become very sticky and there is a loud crack when the drag breaks free of the static friction. :-( The motor still works like a champ though. Additionally the typical bait caster hand crank to come out of free spool is not working all the time anymore. (I don't use it anyway and I like it better that way)

Electric Reel
Works great. Very hard to interpret Korean symbols in writing on the real. I would buy it again. Much cheaper than other reels the same size.

Not in English, not easy to figure out. But when it works, worked great
Bought 2 of these. First one died before 1 full season. Was really disappointed, since they are not cheap. Started using the 2nd one after the 1st one died, we'll see how long it works. Biggest disappointment is no English manual . It would be nice to use all the features. The cords that come with them are cheap. The first one pulled out of the connector while sitting there. I ended up cutting off the clips, and using a longer wire and of shrink wrapping to get it to stay. Lack of a better way, consider these disposable. Spend a little more and get a better electric reel. Cannot recommend, since the 1st one didn't last a full season which is only 4-5 months where I'm at.

The instructions are in Korean
The real seems very capable of hauling in big fish for an electric grill but if you don't know how to use it properly because you don't have the instructions you're screwed
