I wasn’t expecting this much. I usually used vinegar to deal with limescale but from now on I will definitely use this item. It cleaned the coffee machine incredibly well in just one use, it's really strenght. I followed the instructions exactly and ran the coffee machine with plain water 5 times. On the sixth run, I brewed coffee and noticed no different smell or taste. The product is excellent.

Have a Dolche Gusto and bought this product as an alternative descaler. Ran the programme as instructed and had cleaned out the machine great. There wasn't much build up of limestone even though we're in a hard water area, but the water is a lot hotter now when going through machine than it was - so it's cleaned it pretty well! Would definitely buy again, but no need yet as pack comes with 2 bottles!

Used this a couple of times to descale a Dulce Gusto coffee machine. Easy to use, no smell and seems to work. The light on the machine indicating limescale build up goes out after using the product but I don’t know if it’s because the machine detects the descaling or just resets after the descaling mode is activated. One bottle is used per descaling but it’s several months before it’s needed again.

Ran each bottle through my espresso machine and Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine. I was amazed at the limescale they filtered out. Afterwards ran the machines a couple of times full tanks of water then hey presto my Dolce Gusto was running like new again! I couldn't believe the difference, hotter water and it fills my coffee cup so much quicker. My Dolce Gusto machine is years old, was dripping slowly with lukewarm water, I'd highly recommend this miracle cleaning solution.

I have the mini me delonghi dolce gusto machine. I have had it for about 5 months. The last few weeks I noticed that the coffee as just dribbling out of the machine. On this machine there is no warning light to say that it needs descaling. However a quick search revealed that’s what it needed. I used YouTube to see how to do the descaling and then bought this treatment. Very straight forward you use a whole bottle for each treatment. So it works out about £4.50 for each descaling process. The difference having done this is amazing, it’s pretty much back to performing how it did when I first used my machine.
