Great vitamins for keeping my brain active and warding off low spells.

Makes you realize how much filler there is in most tablets. These come in a normal paper bag with a Ziploc and they are tiny tablets so they come easily through the front door. That's a box and they are easy to store and transport. And very easy to take. They have good doses of several important vitamins and minerals. If you bought them separately they would cost you much more.

When these arrived, I thought the packaging was very lightweight and flimsy, but then realised we all use way too much plastic, that ends up in landfill. The pills are inside a paper bag, which arrived just fine through my mailbox, so they're obviously strong enough to last the journey. It's nice knowing you're being a bit more eco-conscious. As for the contents, you get 120 high-strength vitamin pills, to be taken one a day. They cost £10 at the time of review, so whether this is a good value proposition or not will depend on your budget. Considering you can get vitamins for less than £3 in the supermarket, I'd personally just stick with them, as they all do the same job at the end of the day. If you need these specific minerals in one pill and want them shipped to your door (as well as the eco-packaging) then they'll meet your needs.

Been taking these for 4years now and would recommend them to everyone’already done this they’re very good we don’t get so I’ll anymore and feel better for them and when we do get a cold it’s nowhere near as bad as it’s been in the past

Good, small pill size, easy to swallow. No idea if they work but not hoing to stop taking them to find out. Arrived super duper quick. Packed weel :-)
