El material de los Cuchillos se siente de excelente calidad, los cortes me salen más precisos, el filo está bastante bien, el cuchillo es fácil de manejar, se siente ligera la hoja, llegaron en buenas condiciones.

These knives are professional grade, super sharp and the steel they use ( 10cr15CoMov ) is just as good or better then other knives at twice the price. If you are looking to upgrade your kitchen knives or looking for a set to outlast you, these are worth every penny. I will also add that you should maintain these knives and clean them right after use.

Hace un tiempo que empecé a aficionarme a la cocina y nunca había tenido unos cuchillos decentes. Primero compré uno de una reconocida marca española, pero no fue lo que esperaba para nada... Siempre había oído sobre la calidad de los cuchillos japoneses, pero me parecían muy caros. Un día en casa de un amigo probé uno de los suyos y me pareció genial, así que me decidí a hacerme con unos. Muy contento con ellos desde que los recibí. Vienen en una caja muy bonita para guardarlos y conservarlos bien y siempre los guardo ahí para evitar que el filo se deteriore. La calidad de fabricación es excelente, lo sientes desde que los coges por primera vez. Y, lo mejor de todo, es que cortan muchísimo. No me arrepiento de haberlos comprado aunque no sean precisamente baratos porque son cuchillos que bien conservados creo que me van a durar muchísimos años y merece la pena invertir en utensilios de calidad.
