Love this sofa, I was a bit skeptical about ordering one I had not physically sat on but have always had great experience with Ashley. It is sturdy, and well built. Cushions are on the firm side. Has deep cushions making it easy to seat 3 or plus size people. The only down side is you have to attach the feet yourself. It will require a drill. My son had it done in 10 minutes. Can't wait for the matching love seat to arrive. Diffinantly a budget friendly purchase that looks good.

The couch is nice and comfortable. I like the fabric. I didnt realize that the pillows are included so that was a nice surprise. The cat has claimed it.

Love this couch, beautiful color, firm, no assembly required but very heavy to move. Great quality, sits good. Great price. Arrived before expected.

This sofa is absolutely gorgeous! Great quality, well made, and VERY comfortable. The cushions are very sturdy and the back support is amazing. I’m 5’6” and my husband is 5’11” and the seating is perfect for both of us. The accent pillows are very nice and quality materials also. Great price with free delivery inside. I couldn’t be more pleased!

After having this couch for a few months I started having a “sagging” issue between 2 of the cushions. Thought I’d try a cushion support product (not the foam ones, a steel structured one). This has been little to no help. Im regularly rotating the cushions, doesn’t help. A few months ago I decided to reach out to the manufacturer and ask what could be done. Shared my concerns, knowing it’s still under their 1yr warranty. Took almost a month to get to the right department through several emails. They say it’s a cushion issue and they’ll send new cushions out. I wait 3 1/2 weeks for them to arrive & change them out immediately. First thought was these replacement cushions are not as firm/dense as the originals but we’ll see how it goes. Nope! Doesn’t fix the problem. Since then I’ve sent 5 emails to Ashley’s warranty care people, referencing my case #, asking what can be done now. I’ve heard NOTHING! I’m going to keep at it, but my warranty will be running out next month so I’m not sure if this issue will be resolved. Its a beautiful color, fabric is very comfortable but I’d say build quality is poor based on my experience!

I love this couch. It . It was delivered so carefully , wrapped well with plastic and cardboard . The delivery guys were very nice and very respectful. They brought it into my living room! So friendly . Patrick and Cardell went above and beyond . The couch is is exactly how it was portrayed in pictures . I had tried to order this from a furniture store and was going to have to wait 14-20 days. Ordered on Amazon and it came in about 4 days!

very good quality for the price. cushions are firm but not hard. nice and comfy to nap on. good back support. the only drawback is the feet that came with the couch were plastic and cheap looking, i used the wooden feet off my old couch and it looks great. this couch is honestly so comfortable and looks really good. was really impressed at first but after having this couch for a month or so i’ve noticed that the cushions shift around one end cushion keeps move out to the front of the couch while the other ones slide to the back of the couch not as good as i first thought

The couch was not properly packaged. One side of the couch did not have cardboard all the way up, causing the back corner to split the fabric either during shipping or delivery.
