I bought 3 posture correctors. 1 . VICORRECT hurt my shoulders in a very short time. I don't have wide shoulders, so had to pull the straps tight. If you have wide shoulders, it might fit fine. returned it 2. Leonisa Front Closure - very gentle correction but no bra support. Not a pretty sight. returned it 3. Posture Corrector Support Back Brace: Adjustable Body Posture Brace for Men and Women - much more comfortable. Very firm support. Shoulders fit fine. like it. kept it.

I have a love hate relationship with this product. I broke my shoulder in two places and wasn't aware. It healed but the muscles around the injury are very tight. Accompanied with my poor posture my core muscles are weak and need to be strengthened so I can heal properly. I'm in physical therapy and they taped my shoulder and it really helped. I can only wear the tape for a week at a time so I did some amazon review searching and decided on this VICORRECT brand posture corrector. I took it with me to my physical therapy appointment to make sure I was wearing it correctly. I use it for several hours a day. It does make me sore but it's actually supposed to because it causes the muscles to strengthen and stretch back to where they are supposed to be. I don't enjoy wearing it. It's not snuggly soft or like a comfy hug. It is working my posture has improved. It is a slow process and isn't going to be a quick fix. I do think that it is a great product and it seems well made. I would definitely recommend this product. If your sore it's probably working!

I wanted this product to help support my back and straighten my posture. The material is not sturdy enough to support. And it is not easy to adjust. It sits in my closet.

I wanted to keep my spine straight but I was uncomfortable with it on. I think it’s probably the most comfortable brace you could buy but I guess I just can’t wear anything binding. Otherwise it is well designed and I think others should buy it if they want pain relief snd a straight thoracic spine.

The support is adjustable making it a perfect fit for anyone. I would spend long hours studying and doing homework and my upper back would be on fire until I put this on. It completely took my pain away and allowed me to spend more time studying. It’s light weight and the Velcro is very strong and good quality. Definitely worth the money.

Shoulder straps slide apart. Ideally should have adjustable horizontal connection across upper back. Can tolerate for short time. Does encourage erect posture.

I have had one other posture corrector similar to this but it was very uncomfortable to wear. This one has good soft padding and can be easily adjusted. It works gently to straighten out my shoulders and overall posture. The only personal difficulty I have is that I can't really wear tank tops with it because it shows, but that's not a fault of the product. Overall I'm very happy with it. Good design.

The posture corrector is made very well, the material is soft and well layered. The additional straps on the sides allow for perfect fit for the shoulders. The instructions are easy to follow, this is so simple but yet so effective. I always hunch my back whether be on sofa or walking, the straps don't pull but it's tense enough to remind you to straighten up. I have only 2 negatives, the sizing its very very generous I feel like size M for a size 12-14 it's too big. I advise size down. Also the smell it's quite strong when first opened, wold advise to leave it out for few hours as its quite overpowering if you have strong sense of smell. But these 2 negatives does not take away from the effectiveness of the posture corrector

I have slipped disks and had a breast augmentation. My back is so sore usually and I lift weights 4x a week. This strap has been a god send! I’ve only used it a week and have noticed improvements in my upper back pain which was unbearable. I use this for walks and working at my desk. Makes me sit up straight and is true to size follow the size guide! I’m a size 10 and a medium was perfect.

I work a desk job and in my spare time I'm reading or crocheting so my posture is horrific. As a result I have chronic back and shoulder pain and at 33, that's not great. I have been using this now everyday for a week and it has helped so much! It very gently pulls your back and shoulds into a better position but still allows you to move and even slouch a little. I even find that after taking it off, my natural posture is straighter. The material is soft and the velcro is nice and strong so you don't need to worry about it pulling open. The shoulder straps can be adjusted and whilst it's a strange sensation at first, it's not uncomfortable to wear. Highly recommend!
