So, I am new to the notion that you should consume collagen (good quality) at all. After listening to hours of Dr. Axe and Thomas DeLauer on Youtube, I decided to give it a try. CodeAge seemed like a good quality product that contained the types recommended by these two guys, at half the price than their specific brand recommendations. As the title states, the quality is in the results as far as I'm concerned. In my first week - a mere five days into it - the ache and pain in my shoulders and knees are gone entirely. When I wake up in the morning, I am no longer have stiff and achy muscles. It's like I've reversed my age 20 years, physically. I am 50 years old this year and thought that aches and pains were going to be the "norm" for the rest of my life. I cannot understate how awesome I feel now. I've had no adverse reactions, the taste is nearly undiscernible and it dissolves effortlessly into water, or whatever drink you prefer. The last thing I'll say here, is absolutely unbelievable to me, and actually pissed me off a bit because of all of the so-called medical professionals that I've dealt with over the last 10 years of my life, trying to remedy what they've identified as both "psoriasis" and "eczema," depending on which doctor I talked to about the patches of dry, flaky, cracking, itchy, irritable skin patches that started to appear many years ago. The worst of these patches was in the palm of my right hand and between the forefinger and thumb joint where it would continually crack and bleed, especially when working with pliers or attempting to hand-sand something in the shop. Also at the tips of my pointer finger and middle finger, at the front edges of my fingernail, my skin would harden and split open like cracked soil in a desert. They would bleed and become so tender that I'd have to tape them up and avoid touching things with them. At 43, I can promise you that what you put in your body becomes clearly evident at my age. Diet is the most important aspect of your health. This product is one I stand behind. Noticeable hair growth, smoother skin, glowing skin. No taste. Dissolves completely. A must have.

I think the collagen is great. No flavor and easy to stir into any of my drinks. My hair always gets compliments and I notice less wrinkles and my complexion is good. I’ve been taking this for about three years now. That’s it, the company recently changed Packaging and the container that the collagen comes in is virtually impossible to open. Multiple times I have had to literally cut the bottom of the jar off and put the collagen into an airtight container of my own! So I wish that they would learn how to get some better packaging. You literally cannot screw the lid off of the container. I have having this happen approximately 50% of the time And it only started when they changed to this new container.

I bought this product 48 days ago. I use one level scoop every morning in my coffee. The label says 63 servings.. I only got 48. The package was sealed. Unless, level scoop ≠ 9g? I do love this product, it dissolves great and I don’t notice a strong taste. Makes my coffee kind of creamy which I don’t mind. Changes I’ve noticed: My knees no longer crackle when I bend down. I noticed this change within a week. My skin looks great, I use tret almost nightly but my face seems.. fuller. Not quite the chunky cheeks of my teens but definitely a plump, youthful appearance. My nails are stronger, I’ve been ripping off my gel which normally would have led to thin broken nails by now. Not the case. My hairline is noticeably thicker. Negative side affects: None. I’m a late 20s girlie, your mileage may vary. EDIT: I got a new tub today and weighed a level scoop… it’s about 15g! That’s why the container didn’t last me 2 months (63 servings). 9g is about 2/3 of a scoop. EDIT: I have this on autoship, still loving it. I have been taking collagen for many years but recently started taking fish collagen. I saw no difference but once I tried this Multi collagen protein powder I honestly saw a difference! This Brand was recommended to my daughter from a holistic doctor. My daughter said after a couple of weeks she started feeling her lower back pain gone. She actually needed a back surgery due to a disk being dehydrated but she is not going to do the surgery anymore because she can now sit with no pain in her couch, chairs, sleep well , lift her 3 year old and feel good about her body again. She says she will make sure this is always on her kitchen counter because it has made a big difference. This is why I changed my fish collagen for this same one that she takes and I am glad I did. I am 58 years old and have always had back issues. Very easy for me to step wrong and my back will hurt for days etc. To make the story short ….no other brand has done what this brand has done for me. It is great! I'm used to taking another collagen powder that is just type I & III and it really IS tasteless and mixes perfectly with everything. So I thought I'd try this one to see if I noticed any additional benefits from the other types of collagen. I have no doubt that this is a good quality product and everything they say it is apart from one thing - it most definitely has a taste and a smell. They say it's "tasteless" in their blurb but that is so clearly not true, unless they're going by a different definition of the word. I started by giving the tub a smell. At first I thought it had a very slightly fishy aroma, but when I smelled it a second time I couldn't detect any smell. A good start. Since I stir collagen into my morning coffee, I don't want it to alter the taste in the slightest. I stirred a little into a glass of water to start, to see how it mixed and tasted. As soon as I stirred it into the water, the smell became apparent. And the taste matched the smell. I don't know how best to describe it except to say that it's exactly as you'd expect - a strange mix of all the ingredients listed. Meat, fish, eggshells. A combination of that. Maybe a little mushroomy? It's a very mild taste for sure, not wretch inducing or anything like that, but it's definitely there. I tried stirring a teaspoon into some tea and into some coffee, and the taste was obvious with both. I don't understand anyone who claims that they didn't taste or smell anything, unless they have impaired senses or the product varies from batch to batch. I will try putting a spoonful into my berry/banana smoothie tomorrow to see if I can detect it in that. But for now, I think I'm going to limit this one to my daily green shake into which I put disgusting things like liquid iron and drink whilst holding my nose to mask the smell and taste. I'm just not keen on having my coffee & tea taste different.

Have bought multiple times. When mixed in my morning latte it doesn't affect the taste much. No weird side effects. Researched alot of brands & it has a good reputation online but I honestly have no idea if collagen is doing anything for me. Just cross my fingers & keep taking it.
