Easy to Drink Even on an Empty Stomach
I recently started drinking this again while dieting, and I’ve actually been using it together with the Coleology Cut PRO 💚 Along with 12–16 hour intermittent fasting, I lost about 2kg in 3 days after restarting my routine. One thing I really like about this drink mix is that it’s not heavy at all, so it’s easy to drink even in the morning on an empty stomach. Tastes HORRIBLE! Do not buy. I tried to mix it with juice and it didn’t make it any better. Would like to return but there’s no option for taste (wish there was).

Wish it was cheaper
they taste great especially when mixed with sparkling water. I can also see the difference between the days I don't take these and the days I do but, I feel this is quite expensive.

Cured my stomach cramps!
This stuff basically cured my IBS! I’ve struggled with IBS M and have had painful stomach cramps at least once a week for years. I started drinking this twice a week and I haven’t had issues since!! I went through the whole pack just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I do want to note that this has possibly had me more drinking more water, so that could be contributing to the ease of my symptoms. I’ve been more “regular” and feel less bloated. The taste of this isn’t amazing but not terrible either.

semi fiber.
Honestly, it didn’t work for me, but I think it might work for someone else, since I feel like the only thing that works for me is the semi fiber.
